Our Empowerment program is geared towards helping girls and young women build resilience, confidence, and personal skills.

By offering a blend of group mental health lessons, personal development classes, experiential activities, mentorship, and transformative experiences, this program encourages participants to explore their potential, build self-esteem, and develop essential life skills. This fosters their ultimate goal of personal and professional development, helping them to achieve their individual ambitions and become confident, well-rounded individuals ready to face the challenges and opportunities that life brings.

Through a seven series personal development curriculum, participants join in weekly group sessions to discuss core topics, create a plan, and understand healthy ways to maneuver through challenges.
